Home Footings
Working alongside a trusted Riverland building company, we formed a raised and compacted pad for a new home according to building plans provided.
We also cut out the footings trenches for the concreter and service trenches for the plumber/electrician.
SHED RETAINING WALL
To build this large 16 x 13m shed's retaining wall we used 100 x 80 x 2000mm charcoal sleepers (sourced from Santos Concrete) fixed between 1.2m tall retaining wall posts concreted into the ground.
To keep rainwater from pooling behind the wall, we laid fabric and soakage rock behind the wall before backfilling with soil.
PRIVATE PONTOON
For a client of ours who is very fortunate to have a river frontage, we built a fully custom stainless steel private pontoon.
Capable of being ferried behind a boat, they intend to utilise this pontoon for swimming, fishing, lounging, or occasionally to carry a water pump as needed at the time.
HOUSEBOAT MAINTENANCE
As a part of this vessel's regular maintenance program, we drove this houseboat onto a local slip way to allow removal of slime using high pressure washer.
In accordance with the process, we had a surveyor to check the boat ensuring all standards are met, to which we then apply the trusted international brand paint coating.
